Cathedral Finance Committee Chairman Patrick Lam announces availability of online donation platform

New Cathedral Online E-Donation Platform is now available!

Affected by the pandemic, Catholic Cathedral has suspended public mass in the past. Even when mass is resumed, due to the constraint on the overall capacity, the number of parishioners attending mass at the cathedral has dropped. This has greatly affected the Sunday donation received. These Donation are essential to support the daily operation cost as well as providing support for charity evangelisation work.

Hence, The Cathedral Finance Committee is introducing a brand-new online e-donation platform, allowing parishioners to donate using another channel. From 1st of Nov, 2021, parishioners may enter the E-donation platform from the Cathedral website or by scanning the QR-Code shown on the promotional posters posted around the parish. Online donations can be done via credit cards or other forms of electronic payments such as WeChat Pay, AliPay, FPS…etc

For donations more than HKD100, a receipt may be requested for tax deduction purposes.

Parishioners may find more information on how the online e-donation platform works on the Cathedral website. If there are additional questions, please approach the parish ambassadors outside the church on Sundays or email [email protected] for assistance.

Please donate to support our parish operations. God Bless!
